My parents

The person that I admire most in my family is my mother because besides that if it weren´t for her I wouldn´t be in this world, she always gives me advices before I make a snap decision. She also helps me in everything she can and she is always when I need her In the best and worst moments. So, the trust is that I can be proud of my mother.

Nevertheless, I bear a striking resemblance to my father because he has bushy eyebrows, fair hair and when he was young he was a lanky like me. Furthermore, we have a very similar personality because both have a good sense of humour, a vivid imagination, we are good at keeping secrets and we are brutally honest.

However, I admire both my parents because they have brought me up and I have grown up in a small village with them. In addition, I have had always a family support, so, we have always been a close knit family and I hope that this will never change.

The purpose of education

According to Noam Chomsky, in the education system you can differentiate two types of them. On the one hand the traditional education and on the other hand, the indocrination. In the video, he also speaks about the importance that today has the technology and that we must always know what we are looking for or doing, wheter it is better to do nothing. Concerning the economic benefits, they are not significant in education. Moreover, we should not give much importance to the exams and the results, so, we must also use the creation and let the students to improve, experiment and develop their imagination The education is not always how we think it should be.

Traditional education is mainly based on learning by ourselves, question and develop our imagination. However, indocrination is based on following and obeying rules. There is a huge difference between both, so, the best education is the traditional, in which students are free to explore and learn things on their own. It is not the same to do a job which the teacher sent us on an issue than do one in which we are interested in and we want to know more information and research.

The technology hasgrown and has made some changes in the culture of society, as these changes are significant. The use of technology, such as the internet, don´t care if you doný know what you are looking for and understand what you are looking; fo instance, it is useless to do a work of democracy if you don´t know the meaning of the world or you dn´t understand. Neither it makes much sense to ask the question, whether education is an investment that it worth it or not, because if what you are looking is a free, creative and independent people , who are able to appreciate the culture and education, we should not matter too much.

Making exams can be of great use to know what you know, what you have got, what you need to improve, what you have to change, etc, but they don´t mean much because you can do a perfect test and understand very little. In addition, you can study hard for a test, but, if the following week you have forgotten what you studied, it is useless. When you make an exam, there are things that you aren´t interested in and you need to learn them and you may have done a great test, but you didn´t understand the subject or you learnt it by heart.

Overall, the teachers have to fulfill their duties and obligations by sending exams to students, but, also, they have to let students develop their imagination, creativity and experience on subjects that they are interested. In addtition, we must be aware that pass an exam is important, but it is not always the best way for learning. The important thing is to discover new things and learn about something but understanding it and no by heart. Moreover, we have to know what we are doing or seeking. Finally, the economic benefit is the last thing we should think, then, we care education on progress, research, development, new knowledge, but not the economic benefit that can be obtained.

The Environment

Nowadays, most of humans pollute the surroundings, for example, by the exhaust fumes from our cars, using everyday products that pollute as deodorants or air fresheners, throwing chemicals waste into the sea like oil and throwing away rubbish into the streets. My family and I tried to protect the environment as much as we can, for instance, recycling waste, pulling each product in the corresponding container such as bottles in the bottle bank or using solar panels instead of a butane heater to save energy and not pollute. From my point of view, we should embrace green politics, do some short- terms measures and take more seriously the issue of the environment, so, it is no nonsense and pollution is one of the major world- wide problems. We should also put every one of us working together and helping to protect the environment, because, that way we don´t harm the environment or our own health. In addition, What work cost us to throw a glass bottle at a container rather than another or throwing a paper into the wastebasket instead of the street? `Nothing´

One of my favorite Actor

Roman Sebastian Atkinson is one of my favorite actor because all his movies always make me laugh nonstop. He was born on January 6, 1979 in Newcastle upon Tyne. He is an English actor, comedian and screenwriter. He is also one of the 50 funniest actors in British comedy.He studied electrical engineering at Newcastle University, and in 1975 continued his studies at Oxford University, where besides study performed sketches for shows. There, he met a screenwriter with whom he wrote and performed a review of the play at the Oxford Playhouse and the Edinburgh Fringe. He began to enter to the entertainment industry, so, he was offered several roles. He wrote and starred in the BBC for ´Not the Nine O'clock News´. He won the British Academy Award and was BBC personality of the year. In 1981, Atkinson won the West End of "Comedy Performance of the Year." Later, he appeared in theatrical productions such as `The Nerd´ in London's West End, in ´The New Revue´ and ´The Sneeze´. Moreover, he appeared in the James Bond film ´Never Say Never Again ´and co-starred in the short film of ´The Appointments´ of Dennis Jennings. He Also was seen on television ´Is not the time to nine news´, ´Blackadder´, ´The Thin Blue Line´ and ´Mr. Bean´, which was a series of great success. In 1997, it was adapted into a film, which also had a meshing success. Other films like ´The Ultimate Disaster Movie´, ´Johnny English, ‘Keeping Mum´ and ´Mr. Bean's Holiday´ have been of a large audience.

Last week, on November 13 I got home from university, I turned on the television and I realized that there had been an attack in Paris, "I could not believe it ". A number of terrorists opened fire at a Paris meeting and killed a lot of people. In addition, there were three explosions in the football field, which had a friendly match between France and Germany. The President Hollande was at the football match and then he left when he found out what was happening. But the worst incident occurred in the Bataclan concert hall where a lot of people died. My hair stood on end when I heard the news. Many defenseless people died because of a series of terrorist taught by Islamist groups in Syria, who are excused in the name of Allah to create terror in Europe and the United States. I hope the terrorists be located,but mostly, that this whole war ends and not continue to be killed so many people who have not done anything. Using guns and bombs it is not the solution to solve the problems.

Risk and opportunities of winning the lottery

I´m going to give you my opinion about the opportunities and risks of winning the lottery.

On the one hand if I won the Jackpot price I´d have several opportunities: First of all, If I Sudden won the lottery I´d donate some of the money to charities in the third world. After doing this, I might be really proud of me knowing that I could help some people. Secondly, I´d save money to pay for my studies, courses and certifications. Moreover, I could go abroad to improve my English, since one of my dreams is to be like an English. From my point of view, the longer you are in a country, the easier is to learn a language. Thirdly, I´d probably buy a house for my taste. In particular, I´d buy a house with a garden, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. In addition, I´d travel to many parts of the world because I love travelling. Nevertheless, I Wouldn´t waste all the money I´ve earned on unnecessary things, but on things that I´m going to use. For instance, I´d buy a car to go to university. On the other hand if I were a Jackpot winner I´d know that winning the lottery would have some risks: The first point is that if the press tracked me down and it were public, many people would make an attempt to steal me and this would endanger my life. Secondly, if I hit me the jackpot, my personality would probably change, so, I could become in a selfish and stingy person. Thirdly, you can vitiate in a game and throw all the money that you´ve earned in and even you can go for being a seriously rich to be a poor person.

Anyway, I advise you not to play the lottery because there is little chance that touches you. Also, I personally believe that even if you won the lottery and earn a lot of money, your life wouldn´t be resolved and the lottery wouldn´t solve your problems because even if you're lucky enough to buy things that previously you couldn´t, there are some things like health or welfare that money can´t resolve. For example, you might have a disease and that even though you had the best doctors, if the disease had no cure I would die. Also, you probably have much money but you don´t have any friends and you feel alone and another person with less money than you might be happier to have a group of friends.

You don´t need to smoke or to drink to have a good time.

 Today it´s rare to see modern teenagers that don´t smoke or drink. Most people who try the snuff or drink for the first time only say that they will do it in a single occasion, but then it creates addition and is very difficult to leave, especially snuff. Many people start smoking or drinking when they go to a party with his or her friends, since they feel different or rare because others are smoking or drinking and here is when they start drinking. I think this is true because when I go to a party I might feel different from others because they are drinking and I didn´t.  However, I think it depends on your personality because when you go to a party you don´t need to drink or smoke to have fun, so, when I go to a Party I only took a drink or I take a bottle of water.

I've never drank or smoked and probably many people call me a weird but I'd rather be a rare before being embarrassed and not lead a healthy life. For these people when they reach a certain age, they begin to have health problems and they can´t do nothing. A part of it when I go to a party I realize that alcohol affects one´s mood; you becomes happier, do crazy things and the next day you don´t remember anything. Moreover, these follies may involve many problems, because if you're drunk, people can fool you and tell you to do something or can take advantage of you and then the next day they can upload photos or videos to social networks and you regret what you've done but because you can´t do anything. I think it´s not necessary to drink or smoke at parties to make friends, then I believe these people who smoke and drink should avoid it. You can have a good time with your friends playing sports, watching movies, going to a concert of a singer you like, going to malls, going to an amusement park or to travel, therefore you don´t need to go to a party and drink or smoke to amuse you.

Advantages and disadvantages of private and state school.

Many people think that it´s better for their children to go to a private school than to a state school, but, is this true?

I think both of them have their advantages and disadvantages.

On the one hand both teachings have some advantages:

The first advantage of private education is that there is usually good conditions and materials in it, so that students can study and work well. For instance, they have computers, whiteboards, air conditioning, etc.Second, private education can be accessed with fewer requirements than public education. Third, in the private school students have better preparation because the rules are stricten and more students apply for it. 

The first advantage of public education is that students can dress freely and they don´t have to wear uniforms. Second, in public education the access to go to universities in the country is easier.

On the other hand. both teachings have some disadvantages:

The first disadvantage of private education is that places to access it are more limited. Second, in private education not all parents can affrod to send their children to it due to the costs. Third, in the private school students can´t enjoy certain subsidies or aids that public eduaction receives from the state.

The first disadvantage os public education is that infraestructures and conditions are worst than private education. The second disadvantage of public education is that the control and surveillance that teachers have towards students is lower and this makes many of them try to cheat during the exams risking that the teachers sees them, takes the exam and stop the test. Third, many students don´t have much interest in tells them to possing the grade because it´s free.

In conclusion, i think if you´re lucky that your parents can afford to pay for your studies, the best option is going to a private school and enjoying certain advantages that aren´t in the state school.

Ending a story...

It´s a story of a man who lived in the same building with his wife. Everything was going great until one day unfortunately the men was fired from his job and he broke with his wife. Everything was going worse and worse and he took the light decision to commit suicide. But, was he finally suicided?

The man climbed to the top of a building and then, he went out the window and he thought about commit suicide being there because he believed that this was the best way to get rid of their problems. However, suddenly appeared an angel from the sky which teach him a magic ball with good things that would happen to him if he doesn´t commit suicide, so, the angel convinced him not to commit suicide since he probably later would regrets about it  and it wouldn´t have solution. Moreover, he was too young and he could live like a normal man, looking for a job until find it and he might reconcile with his wife or he probably meet a woman with his same interests.

Nowadays, there are a lot of countries of high poverty such as Haiti or Zimbabwe. Also, there are many countries with extreme poverty. Most of these countries are in Africa.
In the world there are a lot of people that can´t cover their basic needs since they don´t have food to eat, potable water to drink or to bathe, a school to go and to learn a education or a house where they can live.  It´s a huge problem because there are many people who die due to these facts. We don´t realize that these people are suffering so much and we also don´t appreciate what we have.

We have to resolve this problem. We should let to steal their petrol and explot people of these countries. Maybe, we should give them some money to build real business. Thus, people could have a real job and money to develope themselves.

What i do when i fell down?

There are days that i fell down because someone has lied me, dessapointed me or because i haven´t achieve what i wanted.

First of all, when I fell down I try to forget what makes me feel bad doing things i love like going to the gym, listening to music, singing or songwriting.

Secondly, i try to talk to my friends and tell them what happens to me, because they always give me good advices and they try to tell me what i should do or what not. Furthermore, they always help me at all when I'm depressed and they try to cheer me up. For example, last year I failed an exam of the language school. I had never failed an exam,so, when the teacher told me that i had failed it, i didn´t believe it. I talked to my friends and they gave me encouragement and they told me not to give up because I could pass that test. Thanks to my effort and my friends I could pass the exam.

Thirdly, I try to give less importance to things not thinking much about them. This is very difficult for me, but I try. One year I was disappointed with my friend because I found out that she was criticizing me and she was taking advantage of me,so, she just wanted me to ask duties.Also, one day I went out with her and her friends and I stopped ago side because I didn´t expect it and it hurt a lot. I went home crying but then I realized that she wasn´t my friend and that I shouldn´t rely so much on people because then you disillusioned, depressed and you pass badly. With all this and more things that have happened to me, I have learned to be stronger and not rely so much on the people. Moreover, i have realized that not everyone is like me and i can´t always receive what I give.

This way I can reach the conclusion that we shouldn´t be depressed by something or someone, but more trust in yourself, encourage, be positive and not give much importance to things.

Both Johnny Rotten ans Rostropovich have been very important musicians in his generation. However, Johnny Rotten music is different from Rostropovich music.
On the one hand Johnny Rotten is the lead singer of Sex Pistols. He is a britain musician of punk and rock music. He moves a lot on stage, so, in the image he is singing and dancing at  the same time. Most people listen this kind of music in nightclubs or they go to concerts to listen. Moreover the type of people who listen this type of music are young people.
On the other hand Rostropovich was a Soviet and Russian musician of Classical music. He didn´t move on stage but he sat on a chair. He played the cello, so, he was the greatest chellist of his generation. Most people listen this kind of music in the theatres. Also, the type of people that listend this music are elderly people or people who want to relax.
To sum up these singers play different styles of music but both have excelled in music history.

An animal is like a person

Today there are many people that shouldn´t have an animal. I say this because many people beat their animals or they throw them from home because they dont want.These people have no heart.
On the one hand you don´t need to hit an animal to teach it because if you want to teach an animal you can do it in several ways, for example, if you want your animal to do its needs away from home you can get it out of the park or the street and once it has done its needs outside you must reward or stroke him indicating that he has done its needs in the right place or if the dog has done something wrong like biting a chair, you can shout a simple `No´ in strong tone of voice and it will understand that what he has done is incorrect and it don´t do it again.
Moreover those people who throw away their dogs cause they don´t want or they are tired of them is because they don´t love them and they don´t realize that an animal is like a person. For example, when you scold them, they lower their heads or when you caress them or you give them cuddles, they move their tails. I mean that they have also feelings, so, when people leave, they don´t know where to go, they feel desoriented and if they don´t find food to eat they die. The same would happen to a person if someone abandons her.
To conclude, I think we should get more in place of animals and if we really don´t want them in our homes because we don´t like them, we are allergic or we think they give a lot of work, we don´t have to accept them, but once welcomed we must teach, care and meet certain obligations as feed them or take them out to the street. I'm sure that if dogs talk, they would thank to those people who care for them and really love them.

My favorite singer

Hi! I´ll tell you a little about my favorite singer.
My favorite singer of pop music is Justin Bieber.
He was born in Canada on March 1, 1994. He is an actor, a singer and canadian composer.
In 2008 Scooter Braun discovered Bieber when he accidentally saw him singing in some videos from youtube and later he began to be his manager. Braun gathered the singer with Usher and he signed a musical contract. In 2009 Justin published his first album ´one time´. His song´baby´became the most watched music video in youtube with over 300 million of reproductions.
The singer has been awarded and nominated many times since he won the artsit of a year at the American Music Awards in 2010 and was nominated at the 53rd Grammy Awards. Since then Justin has made many albums and tours.

Two years ago he came to Spain and I asked my father to take me to see him. I knew it was almost impossible that happened because the tickets were very expensive. However, one day I got home and i found the tickets on the table. I didn´t believe it. At that time i began to mourn the emotion because finally i was able to see my idol and fulfill one of my biggest dreams, and then it was. As this was my birthday present. I went with my father to Barcelona and i could enjoy the unique experience of seeing Justin Bieber in concert, it was impressive.
On the one hand i love Justin Bieber for their dances. But above all, i love his music, their songs and the meaning of these.
I absolutely love all his songs, but the ones i like As long as you love me, Mistletoe, All around the world, where are u now and believe.
On the other hand he has been accused several times and he has had several problems. For instance, last year he was arrested in Miami for driving with a license that expired 6 months ago and for throwing eggs at his neighbor´s house. For this and many reasons he has been critized.
Nevertheless Justin is still my idol and although sometimes people laught at me because i like Justin Bieber, i will continue listening to his music as usual. Well, i think we each have our favorite singer and each person likes a different kind of music.

The Salary Jobs

I´m going to say my opinion about the salary´s job.

The salary jobs should be controlled. 

One the one hand there are many people who work hard and earn very little money. For instace, the people who work in a factory has to work long hours and they sometimes have to do overtime. They earn about 1000 euros a month.

On the other hand there are many people who have done a university degree and they earn a good salary. I think that it´s right that these people recieve a good salary because they have been studying hard for 4 or 5 years.

However there are many people who have talent such as footballers, actors or singers and who earn much money. 

I´m completely disagree with the big salary that these people receives a year because even though they have a talent, they souldn´t win so much money as in the case of Cristiano Ronaldo who earns 17 million euros a year.

In conclusion, each person has to earn an adequeate wage, so, From my point of view there should be someone who will control this imbalance of wages and to make them to be fair to all. 

Describing my friend

I´m going to introduce my best friend.
I´ve known Sarah since 12 years.
She is of a medium hight, so, she measures around 1 meter and 60 centimeters. She has long straight brown hair, big blue eyes, pointed nose, long eyelashes, thick eyebrows, some freckles and spots.
She is really fashionable, so, she loves going to the latest fashion.
From my point of view she is cheerful, charmy, reliable, so, you can trust on her, hard-working, responsible, outgoing, talkative, so , she talks with everyone and honest, she always says me the truth.
However she is a bit bossy. Three years ago we had an argument, because she ordered me to do a thing that i didn´t want. Fortunately, she apologizes me. Finally, despite this argument we have been best friends and i hope to continue being the best friends for a long time.

 I like your topic because friendship is very important to me, but i don´t understand some parts  because of your form to explain. I think you can improve it and make this paragraph stronger.

Guernica Picture

This picture makes me feel very bad because i put myself in the situation of those people who unknowingly endured the great civil war. But especially what i feel when i see this picture is sad to think what these defenseless people have suffered. Also, i feel a huge pain especially for the women located under the bull screaming as she kneels and takes his dead son in her arms.
Overall, this picture makes me feel a lot of anguish and suffering, so, all the picture pain is entering in me and comes a time when i feel part of it.

Diet, Drink and food.

 In my opinion i have a healthy diet.

First of all, i have a healthy diet because i eat all the food in small amounts,so, a healthy diet has to be a balanced diet. For instance, for breakfast i take a glass of milk and cereals, for lunch i take spagetti or rice, sausages and tomato and for dinner i take a BLT or a salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, cucumber, onion, oil and a bit of salt.

Secondly i eat 3 pieces of fruits every day. But a healthy diet has also to included daily exercise, positive thinkings, getting enough sleep, etc.

Thirdly i do exercise every day. This summer i have gained weight, so, I want to keep fit.

About the drinking, i only drink water, cooke or fanta. When i go on party i don´t drink alcohol because i don´t like it and i think that i don´t need to drink alcohol to have a goodtime with friends.

In summer i drink more water because i dehydrated. Moreover, when i do exercise i drink a bottle of water .

I eat a lot of sweets because i have a very sweet tooth, but i´m trying to cut down on it, since i can get overweight.

I´m also trying to cut down on the junk food and prepackage food because they have a lot of greases.

I prefer eating at home to eat out because i know what i cook is completely healthy.

However, when i go out with my friends i go to fast food restaurants inasmuch as it´s cheaper and not all my friends can afford to spend a lot of money in a dinner.

From my point of view i can go to these places one or two times a month but no more, because it´s unhealthy.

My favourite dish when i eat out with my family is the rice and seafood, because it has crabbs, prawns, salmon, mussels and tuna and i love it.

My Last Holidays

Hi! How are you? I´m writing to tell you about my last summer holidays. These holidays have been different to previous.
First of all, my family and I decided to go to Cazorla´s Village in Jaen because my father loves nature. So, we booked a quadruple room in a hotel for a week. The hotel included full-board. When we arrived at hotel, we leaft our baggage and we had a bath in the hotel pool. The water was colder than my field´s pool.
We went sightseeing, we went horse back riding, we bathed in lakes and rivers and the last day we see historical places such as castle Ivy. It was a relaxing week and i hope to repeat it as soon as possible.

Secondly, my sister wanted to fulfill the dream of her lifetime that it was going to see the impressive Lion King musical in Madrid, so, we decided to go by plane and i bought the travelers checks. Unfortunately there was a traffic jam. Consequently we arrived late at Murcia´s airport. The plane took off at 7´00 hours and we arrived at 7´30 hours, so, we missed the plane. If we had gone before, we would have arrived on time. After that, we hired a car but it ran out of petrol. All the same we hopped in a taxi from Murcia to Madrid. The taxi driver charged us 70€. I know that is expensive to travel but i think that he overcharged us.
Luckily we arrived on time to Lion King musical and we could enjoy the show. What mostly i liked were the special effects.

Finally, i was the last week of august at Torrevieja´s Beach with my family. We rented a flat in Naufrago´s beach because i have been going every year to that beach.
In the morning we went to the beach and we sunbathed. Nevertheless, we didn´t take the beach umbrella and the suntan lotion,so,we burned our skin.
However, my father introduced me a guy called Fran who had my same age. We become friends, he introduced me his friends and now we are kepping in touch by watssap. Although I haven´t met him much time he has fallen to me very well and i hope we will see again next summer.

 

In conclusion, they have been an amazing holidays and i hope to repeat it next summer.

My Favorite Brainstorming Technique

Last Friday we were doing a Brainstorming techniques to learn how to make a writing. 
At First, the theacher puts on the blackboard 5 topics and we had to choose one of them, so i chose festivals.
Next we started to do the Brainstorming techniques which were:

-Making a list: In this technique we had to make a list of several topics related to the main topic that it was Traditional festivals in Murcia. For instance, i wrote the side of garden, the burial of the sardine and the moors and chrisitans. I usually use this technique in many exams when i don´t know what i have to put on them. If the teacher gives me a piece of paper, i make a list of all the ideas that are happening to me and that are related to the main topic.

-Mapping: In this technique we had to put the main topic in the centre and the other items that i had written in the previous technique around it and then we surround them with a circle. After that we connected them with lines. Later, i got more ideas into each subtopics. Finally i realized that many words had a relationship with the main topic. 

- Freewriting: This technique was the last one that we did in which we had to put the main topic and write down everything that occurs to us related to the topic. 
This latter is my favorite technique because i can write everything that i think without paying attention to spelling, grammar,etc. From my point of view i think that this is the most appropriate to improve fluency in English. I always use this one to practice for an writing exam and especially for an oral exam. 

In conclusion i think that the best technique to make a writing is freewriting. 
At first i thought that this was a nonsense, but then i realized that practice it had a lot of advantages and with this technique is almost impossible that your mind goes blank.
