First of all, i have a healthy diet because i eat all the food in small amounts,so, a healthy diet has to be a balanced diet. For instance, for breakfast i take a glass of milk and cereals, for lunch i take spagetti or rice, sausages and tomato and for dinner i take a BLT or a salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, cucumber, onion, oil and a bit of salt.
Secondly i eat 3 pieces of fruits every day. But a healthy diet has also to included daily exercise, positive thinkings, getting enough sleep, etc.
Thirdly i do exercise every day. This summer i have gained weight, so, I want to keep fit.
About the drinking, i only drink water, cooke or fanta. When i go on party i don´t drink alcohol because i don´t like it and i think that i don´t need to drink alcohol to have a goodtime with friends.
In summer i drink more water because i dehydrated. Moreover, when i do exercise i drink a bottle of water .
I eat a lot of sweets because i have a very sweet tooth, but i´m trying to cut down on it, since i can get overweight.
I´m also trying to cut down on the junk food and prepackage food because they have a lot of greases.
I prefer eating at home to eat out because i know what i cook is completely healthy.
However, when i go out with my friends i go to fast food restaurants inasmuch as it´s cheaper and not all my friends can afford to spend a lot of money in a dinner.
From my point of view i can go to these places one or two times a month but no more, because it´s unhealthy.
My favourite dish when i eat out with my family is the rice and seafood, because it has crabbs, prawns, salmon, mussels and tuna and i love it.
